處理：爐管破裂不嚴重且能保持水位，事故不至擴大時，可短時間降低負荷運行，嚴重爆管且水位無法維持，必須緊急停爐。但引風(fēng)不應(yīng)停止，還應(yīng)繼續(xù)上水，降低管壁溫度。如：因缺水而管壁過熱，而爆管時，應(yīng)緊急停爐，嚴禁向鍋爐給水，盡快撤出爐內(nèi)余火，降低爐膛溫度，減少鍋爐過熱程度。
